Requirements The Government requires a comprehensive solution that includes a 1 Gbps fiber optic internet circuit and all associated hardware, installation, and ongoing support. Core Hardware Enterprise-grade firewall, 24-Port Managed PoE Switch, and high-density Wi-Fi 6/6E Access Points. Service Model Monthly subscription basis, including all hardware, licensing, and support to eliminate upfront capital costs. Support & Warranty 24/7/365 proactive network monitoring and a "no-fault" warranty covering repair or replacement of all hardware. Scope of Work & Services The contractor shall provide all necessary hardware, software, engineering, and installation services for a complete 1 Gbps Managed Wi-Fi System. Core Service Features (Monthly Subscription): Turnkey Solution: Provide, manage, and maintain all components required for the service. Professional Installation: Includes a predictive site survey, network design to ensure optimal coverage, and professional installation of all cabling and hardware.
