The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), AAQ-500 - Regional Acquisitions, is issuing a Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-26-R-00147 Fire Alarm System, Sprinkler System and Fire Pump Testing and Inspection at San Jose ATCT. The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) included as a Section J attachment. The procurement will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract with the NAICS code of 561621 and proposals will be evaluated in accordance with SIR Clause SA56 Evaluation Factors for Award. There is an optional site visit at the Date(s) and Time(s) listed below. questions and any necessary amendments made to the SIR will be posted on SAM.gov. Please review all pages of the attached Solicitation before submission of proposals. Instructions for proposals are included in Section L of the SIR and Evaluation Factors for Award are located in Section M of the SIR. In accordance with AMS Clause 3.3.1-33 Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov by the established due date for receipt of offers. DURING SOLICITATION, ALL COMMUNICATIONS ARE TO BE CONDUCTED VIA NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Proposal Submissions must be received no later than 5:00pm Eastern Time on Monday, July 20, 2026.
