10 August 2026 at 10:00 AM EST Purpose of Reopening: The purpose of this notice is to formally reopen Combined Notice/Solicitation FA665626Q0009 Request for Quotation (RFQ). No responsible quotes were received by the original closing date. In accordance with RFO 12.201-1 and to promote maximum practicable competition, the Government is reopening this solicitation to allow all interested, responsible sources another opportunity to submit quotes.

Instructions to Offerors: New Offerors: All responsible sources are invited to submit a quote in accordance with the instructions herein no later than the due date. Previous Offerors: Any vendor who previously submitted a quote is highly encouraged to review their submission, make any necessary adjustments to ensure technical and administrative responsiveness, and resubmit their revised quote by the new deadline. There are no changes to the

requirements listed below. This is a COMBINED NOTICE/SOLICITATION for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document includes incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and R-DFARS. This solicitation is 100 percent full and open.
