THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSAL. PHNSY & IMF IS NOT SEEKING

PRICING OR OFFERS. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors who are interested and capable of providing a qualified on-site representative in support of Top-End Overhaul for the No. 1 and No. 2 High Pressure Air Compressors (HPACs) onboard a Virginia-class submarine. See attached DRAFT Statement of Work for more details. The applicable North American System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 – Ship Building and Repairing. The (PSC) is J020 – Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment-Ship Repair and Marine Equipment. This request for capability information does not constitute as a request for proposals. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. To be evaluated for technical merit and capability, statements must be received by the stated deadline. In determining whether or not to compete this requirement, the Government has sole discretion.
