requirements described below. The North American Industry System (NAICS) code is 237310 – Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a Small Business Administration size standard of $45.0M. The magnitude of this project, in accordance with FAR 36.204(c), is between $100,000 and $250,000. Specifically, the 157th ARW of the New Hampshire Air National Guard is researching the availability of sources capable of installing approximately 820 linear feet of an M30 P1 rated cable barrier system along the primary roadways leading into the main post area of Pease AFB. The work includes all management, labor, materials, and equipment for site preparation, excavation, foundation construction, barrier installation, and site restoration. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 4:00 PM (EST) on
13 April 2026. Submissions are restricted to ten (10) single-sided pages maximum, and must include: (1) A positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor; (2) A completed and signed Sources Sought Response Form (attached below); (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three (3) years, which may include both Government and/or private industry projects, detailing the type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and a
