The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to exceed more than $30,000,000 . The project scope involves the extensive demolition, hazardous material abatement, and renovation of two existing structures at the VA , NY: Building 1: Work consists of the full interior demolition, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) removal to structure, and exterior shell improvements. This includes total roof and façade replacement of a six-story, 70,000 SF medical facility.
