The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking to procure Emergency Medical Services and Emergency Medical Technician training for the Indian Health Service's Division of Clinical and Community Services. This is a sources sought notice prepared in accordance with the solicitation format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Division of Acquisition Policy (DAP) at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS) wants to identify businesses that can provide the IHS Division of Clinical and Community Services (DCCS) with services outlined in section
requirements and standards of national, state, and accrediting/certifying organizations. Remote delivery of training is acceptable. See Performance Work Statement attached for additional requirement information. Please ignore the designation of Rockville, MD as the
Place of Performance on www.SAM.gov, as a location is now required for posting. Contractor place of business, etc., is acceptable. (vii) The
Period of Performance will start from the Date of Award through September 30, 2027. Option Periods are possible. The acceptance term for the services and
deliverables to be provided is FOB Destination.
