Service and installation to be performed in BLDG 722, 722 Ray Road, Fort Riley Kansas. See Diagram in PWS, section 4 for further details. In order to be considered for award, Offerors must fill out and sign both the 'Solicitation - W911RX26QA024' Document and the 'Attachment 01 Salient Characteristics Sheet' Document.
