This is a combined for the following commercial services: Base Items: Pole Barn Building that includes: (1) grading the existing storage yard area for stormwater drainage improvements in the vicinity of the pole barn area; (2) Installation of all dry utilities to the new pole barn building; (3) and construction of the new pole barn building per the construction plans and specifications. Option Item: Relocation of Seward Electric’s transformer as shown on Drawing E1.1 of the Pole Barn Plans. Option Item: Installing the security fence and gates around the storage yard per the construction plans and specifications.
Period of performance: 4/21/2026 to 11/30/2027. Project Location: This project is located at the Kenai Lake Work Center (KLWC). The address is Mile 24 Seward Highway, Seward AK 99664, on the west side of the highway.
