Description

This is a combined for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15B10126Q00000028 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the supply and delivery of all materials for a new greenhouse to support the Horticulture Program at FPC Alderson, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and specifications. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45million. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Any and all information will be posted to the General Services Administration website: www.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, awards and cancellations will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Vendors dealing in the similar trade are encouraged to participate in this Solicitation. (ii & iii) See attached Statement of Work for a full description of

requirements, including specifications and quantities. Offerors must include a specification sheet and any submittal information about the product(s) offered in their quote, including warranty information. (iv) Location of Delivery is: 1 Glen Ray Road, Alderson, W.V. 24910. A Government representative will inspect the item(s) at the time of delivery or later to determine the quality and acceptability. Payment shall be released accordingly. Any item found with change in Specifications, Quality, or Brand shall be refused or returned to the vendor at vendor’s expense, without entertaining the payment claim.

Requirements: The bidded equipment shall comply with all Federal, state, and local regulations, codes, and standards, including the latest editions of the International Building Code, NFPA, Life Safety Code, OSHA, American Correctional Association Standards, and other relevant regulations. Manufacturers’ recommendations will be required to be implemented. Offerors: Each offeror must be registered in www.SAM.gov and must complete the necessary representations and certifications at the time of submitting their quotation.
