This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.201, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Background: United States Coast Guard (USCG) Base Ketchikan operates a wide range of weight handling equipment (WHE) to support its operational missions. To ensure the safety of personnel and the continued functionality of this equipment, annual inspection, testing, and certification are required in accordance with federal regulations and manufacturer standards. 1.2 Scope: The Contractor shall provide all-inclusive services to perform annual inspections, functional testing, and certification of the equipment listed in Section 2.4 of the attached SOW. This includes all travel, lodging, and per diem. This scope does not include repair services. 1.3

Provide individual inspection forms for each device.
