01 Mar 2026, E2 and its utilization is required for service contracts/orders that contain Cost type CLINs. Accordingly,
requirements for compliance with eCRAFT will be incorporated within applicable sections of the final BTSS Follow-on RFP (e.g. the PWS at Attachment 1 and Technical Exhibit C).
