Description

Solicitation HT940626QE002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attached Standard Form (SF) 1449. The SF1449 form is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses from the Standard Procurement System. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Healthcare Contracting Division - Southeast intends to procure a non-personal services contract to provide Document Shredding Services to support Naval Hospital Beaufort (Marine Corps Recruit, and Marine Corps Airstation) located in Beaufort, South Carolina and the 78th Medical Group located at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The contractor shall provide complete service for the proper collection, handling, on-site shredding, and ultimate removal and recycling of shredded documents. The contractor shall ensure that the services are performed in such a manner that all documents that require shredding are kept secure throughout the entire process. All material shall be crosscut shredded to ensure complete destruction of security information. The contractor shall transport the bins to the shredder truck, shred the paper on-site, and return the empty bins to original locations maintaining full security at all times. requirements of FAR 52.212-1 Addendum, 52.212-2 Addendum, and the Proposal Instructions and Evaluation Criterion provided in the solicitation document to create the proposal. Proposal is required to be submitted electronically to the
