NOTICE TO QUOTERS This is a competitive action restricted to sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN, in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provision 252.225-7042, Authorization to Perform, listed in this solicitation within DFARS provision 252.204-7998, Alternate A, Annual Representations and Certifications (DEVIATION 2026-O0043)(FEB 2026). Prior to award, quoters may be required to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability and authority to perform in Japan. This solicitation similarly includes DFARS provision 252.225-7035, Buy American--Free Trade Agreements--Balance of Payments Program Certificate, Alternate I, in said DFARS provision 252.204-7998. In accordance with this provision, the Government will give preference to U.S.-made and qualifying country end products.
