Solicitation will include the following: NSN 6135-014612915 NONRECHARGEABLE BATTERY POWER SUPPLY Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (ADQ): 525 Unit of Issue – Each North American Industry System Codes (NAICS) – 335910 NAICS Business Size Standard – 1,250 The acquisition is restricted to the following source of supply, which is the only source known to have the capability of furnishing the required supplies and the only source currently approved by the design control activity: Source: ACR ELECTRONICS, INC. (18560) P/N: 452-0133 The items under this acquisition are subject to the Buy American Act. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA stocking locations within and outside of the continental United States. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Past Performance, and Proposed Delivery.
