This modification is anticipated to contain Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) items to Raytheon Company (RTX), 1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, Arizona for the FY26 (Lot
5) and FY27 (Lot
6) Tomahawk Cruise Missiles Recertification & Depot Operations Engineering Support Services (ESS). RTX is the sole manufacturer of the Tomahawk Missile System. Tasking includes, but is not limited to, assisting the Government in resolving All Up Round (AUR) safety, performance, reliability, service life, recertification, integration, and/or operational issues. The
period of performance for this effort will be a base period of 12 months with one, 12-month option period. The start date is September 2026. The RTX

RTX is the only known source capable of accomplishing this requirement in the required timeframe and without duplication of costs.
