Contracting Office, Baltimore District is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide full range of support and

deliverables to AFCEC/CIT Real Property and Real Estate Services for various locations. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. BACKGROUND The primary purpose of this task is the validation of complete and accurate real property/real estate inventory records for the identified assets. The Contractor shall be responsible for the collection, analysis and, assembly of complete and accurate data necessary for populating the NexGen IT database. The contractor will produce and upload any necessary key supporting documentation (KSD). The Contractor will work with assigned installation POC’s to obtain missing Real Property information and/or supporting files. If records are found to be deficient or non-existent, the contractor will record the deficiency found and notify the Government of the deficiency for their resolution. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to create any new pieces of real property documentation. The Contractor shall also be responsible for the assembly of facility folders of real property records once they have been confirmed complete and accurate. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Government requires the sources sought survey to be completed via the imbedded link herein. The Government envisions a solution for the Air Force real property real estate Audit readiness that meets the following operational and program

requirements: Qualification. Contractors must be qualified and be able to demonstrate compliance via the sources sought survey link. This includes, but is not limited to full knowledge and capability to work in NexGen IT and in compliance with the United States Air Force standards and regulations. Proof of qualification should be addressed in the response.

ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541611 and this is not a Small Business Set Aside. The (PSC) is R617. SUBMISSION DETAILS No submissions are required however per the survey if you meet qualifications please submit capability per request. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL.
