This item is solicited under a total small business set aside. The approved source: L3HARRIS MARITIME POWER & ENERGY 30086 P/N ETN6797. Based upon market research, the Government is not using policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in Its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the

contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offerors, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance.
