Description

The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek hereby provides the following pre-solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Preventative Maintenance on 3x Fire Suppression Systems (CMR, MSGR and ) at the U.S. Embassy in Windhoek, Namibia. The contractor/vendor shall provide all mentioned services as per detailed Statement of Work, which will be added when full solicitation is published. The US Government may award the contract, based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed priced type of contract for its duration. The U.S. Government plans to issue the solicitation on SAM.gov and on the U.S. Embassy website, towards the end of MArch 2026. Please see RFQ for actual response date.
