Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. The letter must either state specific product(s) quoted or the quoter is an authorized distributor for all the manufacturer s products.
