This is a notification of an intent to award a contract to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics., under NAICS code 334516 – Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing by Indian Health Services (IHS) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source.
The requirement is for a vendor to provide a Siemens Atellica lab supplies for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center.
If you can provide all of the services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to [email protected] referencing notice number PHX-SS-26-009 by 12 PM PST, July 06, 2026.
