Unaccompanied Service Members stationed at NAVSTA Rota who reside in permanent party barracks, have the right to reside in a well-maintained housing unit that has working fixtures, furnishings, appliances, and utilities. Cooktops and Range Hoods are close to reach their lifespan. This purchase will allow the Housing Department to replace obsolete appliances.
