Description

: SHIELD 2.0 The National Geo-spatial Intelligence Agency (NGA), in support of the Information Technology Security Services Office, is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide for the lifecycle management of NGA’s Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Privileged Access Management (PAM) (currently referred to as Shield) application services, to include operations, sustainment, and future development of the services. This notices serves as an announcement of an RFI that has been released via the classified Acquisition Resource Center (ARC) website. See the RFI for more details, to include required response contents, formats, and

questions. Submissions are due no later than 5:00pm ET on April 10, 2026. Responses must be submitted electronically through the classified Acquisition Resource Center (ARC) website, in accordance with the specifications of the Shield 2.0 Request for Information (posted on the classified ARC). Access to the Shield 2.0 RFI will require a classified ARC account and access to a TS network.
