Commercial Internet Service Provider for Satellite and Telecom Access Services

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, and other items and services necessary to provide commercial high-speed fiber internet service to Westover ARB that will include either connecting to existing Charter Communications fiber feed which is currently terminated in Building 1800 (Demarcation) or provide a new fiber feed to Building 1800 (Demarcation) utilizing the Westover Manhole Duct System. Government will provide fiber connection from Building 1800 (Demarcation) to Building 1510 where Contractor will install Router/Gateway device and Firewall to provide high-speed fiber internet at Westover ARB. (See the attached SOW for additional details.) Acquisition: The government will issue a single award, Firm Fixed Price contract with an estimated

period of performance starting April 1, 2026 and ending March 30, 2031, base year plus 4 option year periods. Actions required by potential offerors: Complete and submit attachment "Price proposal sheet" Show ability to conform to the SOW (see
