Description

This is a combined for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301626R00130002 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Aerospace Medical Accession Standards Medical Services Support. The Air Force Recruiting Services (HQ, AFRS/RSG), Accession Medical Waiver Division (AMWD) at JBSA-Randolph requires medical services support in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services will require support from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as Aerospace Medical Technicians, Aerospace Medicine Specialist Physician, and Clinical Psychologist; whereof, the contractor will provide the personnel, management, transportation, equipment, supplies and any items necessary to support this effort by carrying-out non-personal, performance-based services. This acquisition is set-aside for 8(a) small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
