Requirements: a. Construction: 1. Install new concrete pad, tank footings, and containment curb in accordance with the drawing
requirements including piping and conduit penetrations. 2. Install a new 20,000 gallon factory fabricated, double wall, protected, above-ground jet fuel storage tank including platform and stairway as indicated on the drawing. 3. Install new concrete fuel pipe trench with traffic rated grating as indicated on the drawing. 4. Install new electrical pull boxes, concrete ductbank, and conduits as indicated on the drawing. 5. Install new two new fuel pumps in accordance with the pump schedule. 6. Relocate indicated devices and piping including new cathodic protection for underground piping. 7. Relocate existing emergency stop panel as indicated and add a new readout for the automatic tank gauge system. 8. Install new stainless steel piping and valves as indicated to re-establish all connections with the new above-ground tank. 9. Install bollards all the way around the new tank and pad area as indicated on the drawing. 10. Install new light post where indicated on the drawing, including switch near the stairwell. 11. Install new fire hydrant where indicated on the drawing. 12. Install a new eyewash station as indicated. 13. Perform all requisite equipment testing and verifications in accordance with specification
requirements. b. Demolition: 1. Demolish and remove all concrete as indicated above the underground tank to provide access for excavation of the tank. 2. Remove existing devices and piping to be relocated as indicated on the drawing. 3. Remove existing emergency stop panel and associated conduit to be relocated as indicated on the drawing. 4. Remove existing cathodic protection test wells and associated cabling and anodes where indicated. 5. Remove existing fiberglass transition sump and concrete collar as indicated. 6. Remove the existing fuel pumps, associated devices, and electrical boxes and conduits as indicated. 7. Excavate and completely remove the 20,000 gallon underground jet fuel storage tank. This tank removal must be completed (out of the ground) by December 31st 2025. Liquidated damages may be assessed as detailed in Section 1.7 for this activity. 8. Remove the concrete base beneath the existing underground tank. 9. Perform all requisite clean-up and testing associated with the removal in accordance with all of the federal, state, and local environmental
requirements. 10. Remove existing fire hydrant and associated piping as indicated. 10. Remove existing valve, valve box, pedestal type hose bib, and associated piping as indicated. 11. Remove existing bollards where indicated. 12. Remove existing concrete ductbank and conduits back to the building as indicated. 13.
