requirements in Duqm, Oman. 2.REQUIREMENT
A. Ancillary Charges Total ancillary charges under the Bunkers CENTCOM Purchase Program shall not exceed 10% of the total contract price for fuel per delivery order. The Government will not reimburse ancillary charges exceeding this amount.
