Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0006 to The Boeing Company. This modification to Delivery Order (DO) N0001924F0259 is for the procurement of the Next Generation Electronic Attack Unit (NGEAU) Retrofit and Test (R&T) for additional Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) and Software in accordance with FAR 6-302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency

requirements. This contract was procured non-competitively pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1).
