requirements to Northern Plains Laboratory, 401 N 9th St FL #2, Bismarck, ND 58501. The North American Industry System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 621511 - Medical Laboratories. The object of this sole source award is to have specialized blood unit retype and patient immunohematology testing services, as required by FDA and CMS regulation and Joint Commission accreditation. Northern Plains Laboratory provides all required testing and is the only source of the services in the region. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
