This action is being taken in accordance with FAR 13.106 1(b)(1), which permits soliciting from a single source when only one responsible source is reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency

requirements.Requirement DescriptionReclamation requires 80 hours of technical support services to provide real time analytical and modeling assistance for managers and stakeholders using the WARMF watershed model. These services support operational decision making related to flow and salinity monitoring within the watershed. Work will include, but is not limited to: Updating model inputs based on real time data Preparing and releasing model updates Assisting Reclamation staff with interpretation of model outputs Providing training and technical guidance on use of WARMF tools and resultsSystech Water Resources Inc. is the original developer and long standing technical authority for the WARMF model.
