The United States Government, Transportation Security Administration under its direct leasing authority intends to award a new lease, using an other than full and open competition, in Terminal One at the John

F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). This justification applies to all TSA continued - need

requirements for support and administrative work space that are required to be on airport property in Terminal One at John

F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). Maintaining a direct, on-airport presence is necessary to fulfill the mission critical needs of the of the screener workforce and administration staff that supports the screener workforce and other functions. The Government requires ,030 Rentable sq. ft. /6,030 ANSI/BOMA . The space must be located on-airport property in Terminal One at John

F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). The lease shall include all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
