Line Items: CLIN 0001 – 1 Each – Purchase and delivery of a commercial grade zero-turn lawn mower. The cutting width needs to be no less than 100” and no more than 144” in order to successfully navigate the existing and immovable obstacles that cover the landscape of the installation. Foldable deck portions or “deck wings” are acceptable. The zero-turn mower must be rated by the manufacturer as being able to mow no less than 8 acres of lawn per hour. A commercial-grade hydrostatic transmission is also required as well as commercial-grade high torque hydraulic wheel motors.
