Requirements: Must be able to repair four (4) Milli-Q Advantage A10 water purification pathway systems. Must replace the existing parts with the following new OEM required parts: Maintenance Kit (ZF3000423) Quantum Tex Polishing Cartridge (QTUM0TEX1) Q-Gard Purification Cartridge (QGARDT2X1) Millipak Express filter 40 (MPG04001) UV Lamp for MQ Century (ZMQUVLP01) Must provide unscheduled/unplanned emergency services within 72 hours of notification. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
