Description

The Defense Logistics Agency Family & Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) invites qualified offerors to submit quotes in response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) NAFUA1-26-Q-0009 to provide two (2) new campers at the Defense Logistics Agency Installation Management San Joaquin 25600 S. Chrisman Road, Bldg. 101, Tracy, California. All

questions regarding the solicitation are due no later than 3:00 PM (EST), March 26, 2026 (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. All quotes can be sent to Elizabeth Sheffield at email: [email protected] no later than 3:00 PM (EST) April 2, 2026. Equivalents are NOT accepted. The NAFI intends to evaluate quotes and make an award on a line-item basis. The NAFI reserves the right to award Line Item 1 and Line Item 2 to separate vendors. An award for one line item will not be contingent upon the award of the other line item. Quotes that are contingent upon receiving an award for both line items (i.e., "all or none" quotes) may be considered non responsive and may be rejected if it is determined to be in the NAFI's best interest to award line items to separate vendors.
