Background. Air Force Manual — AFMANI11-255 Volume 1: Flight Manager Training, Volume 2: Flight Manager Standardization/Evaluation Program, and Volume 3: Flight Manager Responsibilities and Procedures direct training, evaluations and operations for MAF FMs. The AFMAN specifies training for 618 AOC/TACC FMs. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the

objectives, scope and specific

requirements for an all-encompassing, comprehensive and integrated FM training program, to include Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aircraft Dispatcher Certification training.
