The Washers and Dryers are required to be provided to Soldiers assigned to Fort Polk. Resident Soldiers in Fort Polk’s barracks rely on washer and dryer services to sustain their quality of life. Approximately 3,000 Demand Maintenance Orders (DMO) were submitted during the past year out of approximately 4,000 washer/dryer units. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set aside under NAICS 811412 (Size Standard $19.5 million advertised through the Government Point of Entry (GPE) at Sam.gov. The action will be solicited under FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Products and Services. This document primarily incorporates provisions and clauses by reference IAW Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01, effective

The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotations. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. If funds are not available to fund the entire contract value, the Government reserves the right to re-evaluate quotations by unit price per service and issue an award on a SOME, NONE, or ALL basis for each individual service needed.
