THIS IS A COMBINED SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing Pitchbook software subscription. If no alternate sources are identified, the Government intends to issue a Sole Source Award to Pitchbook Data Inc., 901 Fifth Avenue Suite 1200, Seattle, WA 98164, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The North American Industry System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 513210, Software Publisher with a size standard of $47.0 M. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) CHIPS Research and Development (R&D) , research, and technology covering private capital markets, including venture capital, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions transactions. This software supports multiple programs including CHIPS SBIR, CHIPS National Semiconductor Technology Center Program, CHIPS National Advanced Packaging and Manufacturing Program, CHIPS Manufacturing USA Program, CHIPS Metrology Program, and the NIST Research Security and Safeguarding International Science program.
