Description

This is a combined for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0339 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) Repair. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Standard Code is 811210. The small business size standard is $34 Million. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5623 for Alameda, CA is applicable and is attached. The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation.
