Transmission Electron Microscope Repair and Maintenance

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0339 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) Repair. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The small business size standard is $34 Million. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5623 for Alameda, CA is applicable and is attached. The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation.
