Contracting Office (NCO) 6 plans to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to obtain construction services for the replacement of seven (7) Air Handling Units (AHUs). These units support Building 42 at the W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina, serving the Hospital, Audiology, Speech, Sleep Lab, and Community Living areas. Work includes but is not limited to: Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing AHUs, and furnish labor and materials to perform the replacement of seven (7) AHUs. All work shall be done in accordance with the construction drawings and specifications. A Pre-Bid Site Visit is tentatively projected for
04 August 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT and Potential Bidders are required to RSVP by no later than 12:00 PM EDT
