The Regional

Contracting Office, MCIWEST is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing commercially available repair parts, replacement components, and services for automotive, material handling, construction and civil engineering equipment via an on-site Contractor-Operated Parts Store (COPARS) in support of Southwest Region Fleet Transportation (SWRFT), which supports existing government motor vehicles as needed on an on-call basis. The prospective contractor will be required to provide all SWRFT sites with daily delivery of parts, supplies, and services by the most efficient means, which might be a staffed on-site COPARS, an unstaffed on-site contractor-owned consignment inventory, an on-demand delivery service, or a combination of two or more methods for the following 7 locations: Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (MCB-CPEN), Camp Pendleton, California Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MWTC), Bridgeport, CA Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), Twenty-Nine Palms, CA Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD), San Diego, CA Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB), Barstow, CA Marine Corps Air Station Miramar (MCAS-M), Miramar, CA Marine Corps Air Station Yuma (MCAS-Y), Yuma, Arizona The North American Industry Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 336390, Other Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing with a size standard of 1000 employees.
