01 May 2026. The services that will be procured consists of the following: Carrier Strike Group Four (CSG4) is seeking services for Fire Detection System replacement. The Contractor shall provide engineering and technical services to survey the entire vessel (all decks, voids, and compartments) design and develop the following F size Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) system drawings in a commercial computer-aided design (AutoCAD) program. Any potential contractor capable of demonstrating that it is qualified to perform the work to the required standards and that wishes to make a competitive quote for the contract should submit a capability statement in beta.SAM.gov. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
