Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is issuing this synopis as a means to publish the NIINs approved in the Bell Military Spares Catalog that are intended to be assigned to Priced BOA SPE4A1-26-G-0008. THERE IS ONE APPROVED SOURCE FOR THESE ITEMS: BELL, CAGE 97499. NIINs found not to be sole source will not be considered for future procurement under this sources sought. The

pricing is effective

01 April 2026 through

30 Sep 2026. This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to contract with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. These items require Government Source Approval prior to award. If you are not an approved source, you must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR). DLA-Aviation can only receive Source Approval Requests (SAR) through DoDSafe link due to internet/web safety concerns per Engineering. To submit your SAR, please send an email to: [email protected], subject line "request a SAR drop off". Include CAGE code, the NSN, and the email address where you want to receive the DoDSafe link. After we receive your email request, a DoDSafe drop off will be returned, where you can download your SAR file and return. Interested Suppliers can also contact Bell at https://www.bellflight.com/suppliers#steps. The attached parts have been identified for this current action.
