This information must be sufficient for us to determine that each item either fits/does not fit the description of what we’re asking for. 3. If you previously submitted a quote – a. You MUST submit a new quote. Previous quotes are NOT being considered. b. You MUST provide us with a separate quote in separate emails for each item you are quoting. For example, if you have five different models that you believe fit our needs, you must submit them in five different emails along with the Quote Sheet for each item. c. DO NOT send us your catalog and expect us to look through it for an item we think fits our need. We will not consider your quote for award.
