The Department of Defense, Air Force, Air Education and Training Command is seeking sources to renovate and convert Building 230 into a consolidated Flying Training Squadron facility. The work includes interior finishes, electrical upgrades, demolition, and mechanical/plumbing work.
The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete the renovation of B230 to be converted into a consolidated Flying Training Squadron (FTS) facility. Work includes replacing interior finishes, upgrading electrical fixtures, demolishing and erecting interior partition walls and doors, mechanical and plumbing work, among others.
