The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Watson Tractor and Implement Co. for the repair of a Holland tractor for the chain link fence for BIA, Shiprock Agency, Branch of Transportation, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i),

Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the

contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). No solicitation is available and no technical
