Tool and Equipment Calibration Indefinite Delivery Contract

A SOLICITATION FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY.The Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region has a requirement for calibration and certification of precision tools, electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment for all areas of GCPO; including but not limited to all Powerhouses, Switchyards, Industrial Area, Pumping Plant, as well as Safety and Environmental. Calibration to manufacturers' recommendations is required for tools and equipment used to take measurements for test results to show compliance with regulatory

requirements and must be traceable to NIST standards.The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, tools, equipment, special items, necessary consumables and qualified technicians for tool and equipment calibration and certification. This list has approximately 500 tools to include, but not limited to the following brands: Avo, Canflex, Dell, Dilo, Doble, Eaton, Enerpac, Epoch, Flir, Fluke, Hytorc, Meggar, Omicron, Schweitzer, Snap-on and Westinghouse. The type of equipment includes, but is not limited to: IR cameras, ohmeters, multimeters, hand tools, current testers, clamp meters, gas analyzers and test gauges.Calibration work will be performed by the contractor in the location and manner that is the most economical. Two possible options, or a combination of the two, are Contractor Facility or Mobile Calibration Lab.Pursuant to Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Reclamation intends to issue a written Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about August 31st, 2026. The solicitation will be issued using North American Industry System (NAICS) code 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0M.
