The acquisition will be Full and Open Competition. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 51711, and the size standard is 1,500 employees. The relevant solicitation documents, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be posted on https://www.SAM.gov on or about

25 Jun 2026. The solicitation may be posted earlier or later. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from https://www.SAM.gov, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. Once the solicitation is posted, it is up to the interested party to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents; as well as verifying the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for quotes. Any interested party may submit a quote which will be considered by this organization. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package.
