Purchase of Recruiting Event for National Leadership Programs

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pentagon Directorate, intends to solicit a firm fixed price purchase order for the procurement of National Leadership and Skills Conference (NLSC) recruiting event space and event access for the Navy Recruiting Command (NRC); utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, SkillsUSA Inc. (CAGE: 3HLY6). The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency

requirements. This is a combined for commercial service in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items.
