These renewals are critical to maintaining secure and reliable operations across INL’s network environment.
BACKGROUND INL is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory dedicated to nuclear energy, national security, and clean energy innovation. Palo Alto Networks solutions are integral to INL’s cybersecurity posture, providing advanced threat prevention, wildfire analysis, and premium support for mission-critical systems. SCOPE OF WORK Responding vendors must be capable of facilitating the renewal of the following Palo Alto Networks subscriptions and support services: Premium Support Renewal, Advanced Threat Prevention Subscription Renewal, Prisma Access Agent Subscription Renewal, and Advanced WildFire Subscription Renewal. The
scope of work will include the following: Provide renewal terms for all listed products, including serial numbers and coverage dates. Ensure compliance with US Government account
requirements. Support for multi-device and HA pair configurations. Adherence to Palo Alto Networks EULA and EUSA terms and conditions. Provide documentation of renewal, including certificates of conformance and proof of coverage. PROCESS This EOI is the first step in identifying interested and qualified vendors for future solicitation. Responses may be used to inform the development of a formal solicitation list. Selected vendors may be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for award consideration.
