Description

The purpose is to establish broadcast-quality video connectivity that enables the agency to engage in live or recorded national media interviews, either directly with news media outlets across the United States or via a satellite and fiber transmission hub used to relay signals to major media networks and professional video production organizations. This connectivity is essential for supporting timely communication during public health emergencies or media campaigns. Prior to installation, the contractor must submit an itemized list of all equipment, including manufacturer names and model numbers. Additionally, the contractor shall be responsible for the continuous 24/7 monitoring and maintenance of the broadcast connections to ensure uninterrupted service.
